The work of our researchers is applied by industry in different ways. For example Sandra Hale’s guide to working with interpreters has been incorporated in the NSW Bench book.

Associate Professor Ludmila Stern and Professor Sandra Hale are regularly invited to speak to judges, magistrates, tribunal members and lawyers about interpreting issues, including international courts and tribunals (ICTY, ICC).
