About Samuel Weber

Samuel Weber is Avalon Foundation Professor of Humanities at Northwestern and co-director of its Paris Program in Critical Theory. Among his recent publications are Theatricality as Medium (Fordham UP, 2004), Targets of Opportunity: On the Militarization of Thinking (Fordham Up, 2005), Benjamin’s -abilities (Harvard University Press, 2010). In French he has recently published Inquie’tantes singularite’s (Edition Hermann, 2014), and in German Geld ist Zeit (Diaphanes 2009).
